Please upload your wide screen format presentations before the Congress at
Please name your file as: your session number ie A1 or Plenary1 add a space and then your family name add a space and then first initial, example B4 Hylands J or Plenary2 Hughes D.

We strongly encourage you to submit your presentation (16:9 aspect ratio – wide screen format please) and any accompanying videos (as mp4, mov or avi. video files) online PRIOR to 9am on Monday 8 October. Please do not email them to us unless you have trouble accessing the upload box. If for some reason you are unable to meet this deadline, you may still load your presentation in the speaker’s preparation room at least 3 hours before your presentation. We suggest bringing a back up copy with you even if you uploaded in advance (especially if you usually use a MAC).

Regardless of how you submit your presentation, you should go to the Speakers Preparation room at least 3 hours prior to your session to review and if necessary edit your presentation. At the beginning of the break before your session, you should also go to your allocated room, meet your facilitator and check your presentation is on the desktop and linked to the title slide. (Please check the spelling of your name on the title slide too as, given the number of speakers we have, the onsite AV team can make rare mistakes).
