FEES & REGISTRATIONS

Ultra early bird registration discounts close at midnight on Wednesday 4 July (AEST).

Discounts for bundles of 10 registrations are available until 5 August only.

Late fees of $110 per delegate will apply after September 9, 2018.

Full Congress Registration includes:

  • optional Melbourne TAFE Institute site visits from 8.00-10.00am or 9.00am-12.00pm Monday 8 October
  • optional Affinity Group workshops on Monday (lunch included) from 10.30am – 2.30pm
  • afternoon tea Monday at Melbourne Convention Centre at 3.00pm
  • the opening ceremony Monday afternoon at Melbourne Convention Centre (3.30-5.15pm)
  • the Welcome Reception Monday evening
  • two full days of congress sessions (Tuesday and Wednesday) at Melbourne Convention Centre

The Congress Dinner (Tuesday evening) is ADDITIONAL for all registration categories.

Cancellations and refunds:

Cancellation must be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat. Please click on cancellation terms above for more information about the registration fee you have selected. Registrations may be transferred at anytime without penalty.

Please indicate any special requirements, including any disability requirements or any special dietary requirements (such as vegetarian or gluten free) on the registration form or email us direct at wfcp2018@pco.com.au.

Privacy:

Please note that a list of registered delegates (name, organisation and state or country only) will appear on the convention website and will be distributed to delegates at the convention. Delegates also have the option to receive networking requests from other delegates. You may opt-out of being included in this list while registering for the congress or at a later date by modifying your registration.

Contact details of delegates will also be distributed to all exhibitors and sponsors. If you do not want your details included on this list, please advise the Convention Secretariat in writing.
